Aplikacija koja ne radi posle Windows 11 25H2 update

Iako aplikacija za elektronsko potpisivanje deluje instalirano, servis u pozadini se ne pokreće automatski ili ga Windows sigurnosni mehanizmi (ili novi .NET Framework / C++ Redistributable) blokiraju da pristupi sistemskom tray-u.

Pokušajte sledeće korake po redosledu kako biste rešili problem:

1. Ručno pokretanje pozadinskog servisa i dodavanje u Startup

Aplikacija se često instalira, ali Windows 11 spreči njeno automatsko podizanje sa sistemom.

1. Pritisnite Ctrl + Shift + Esc da otvorite Task Manager.

2. Izaberite karticu Startup apps (ikona sa brzinometrom ili aplikacijom sa leve strane).

3. Pronađite aplikaciju za potpisivanje (npr. eID, ČELIK, eUprava Potpisivanje).

4. Ako je status Disabled, kliknite desnim tasterom i izaberite Enable.

5. Nakon toga, pronađite prečicu aplikacije u Start meniju, kliknite desnim tasterom na nju i izaberite Run as Administrator da vidite da li se ikonica pojavljuje.

2. Provera "Hidden Tray Icons" u Windows 11

Windows 11 nakon ažuriranja često sakrije nove ikone iz Taskbar-a umesto da ih prikaže pored sata.

1. Otvorite Settings (Win + I) $\rightarrow$ Personalization $\rightarrow$ Taskbar.

2. Proširite odeljak Other system tray icons (ili Taskbar corner overflow).

3. Pronađite vašu aplikaciju za potpisivanje na listi i prebacite prekidač na ON.

3. Instalacija neophodnih sistemskih biblioteka (Visual C++ i Java)

Aplikacije eUprave za potpisivanje oslanjaju se na sistemske komponente koje Windows 11 Update zna da naruši ili prepiše:

• Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable: Preuzmite i instalirajte najnoviji paket (x86 i x64 verzije) sa zvaničnog Microsoft sajta.

• Java (JRE): Ako koristite aplikaciju koja zahteva Javu (poput nekih verzija Middleware-a za lične karte/sertifikate), uverite se da je instalirana i ažurirana.

4. Provera pametne kartice / čitača (Middleware)

Ako aplikacija ne detektuje aktivni čitač ili sertifikat na ličnoj karti, pojedine verzije eUprava softvera se samoinicijativno ugase čim se pokrenu:

1. Proverite da li je čitač kartica ispravno ubodena u USB slot (probajte drugi USB port, poželjno USB 2.0 ako imate).

2. Proverite da li je instaliran odgovarajući Middleware za vašu ličnu kartu (zavisno od toga da li je čip Gemalto, Oberthur ili novi mID čip izdat posle 2022. godine).

5. Pokretanje u Compatibility Mode-u

Ako aplikacija još uvek nije potpunije prilagođena najnovijem Windows 11 buildu:

1. Idite u folder gde je aplikacija instalirana (obično C:\Program Files ili C:\Program Files (x86)).

2. Pronađite .exe fajl aplikacije.

3. Kliknite desnim tasterom $\rightarrow$ Properties $\rightarrow$ kartica Compatibility.

4. Štiklirajte Run this program in compatibility mode for: i izaberite Windows 10 ili Windows 8.

5. Štiklirajte opciju Run this program as an administrator.

6. Kliknite Apply pa OK i pokrenite aplikaciju.

Gornje navedeni saveti AI ne funkcionišu u praksi...

Da li znate da Windows 11 pre nego što predje sa verzije 23H2 na verziju 25H2 prethodno skine oko 40GB podataka u SoftwareDistribution folder?

Na verziji 25H2 sigurno ne radi gore pomenuta aplikacija, ona jeste instalirana, ali uopšte ne radi, a u tray ikonicama pored sata se ne vidi. Pošto nemate njenu tray ikonicu, ne možete uopšte restartovati ovu aplikaciju za potpisivanje. 

Na kraju ste osudjeni da vratite verziju Windows 11 na 23H2 da bi uopšte mogli da potpisujete.
